Q1 was a pivotal quarter for LTO Network, showcasing tangible progress in the tokenization of Real World Assets (RWAs) and reinforcing our strategic direction. One of the most notable achievements was our partnership with AKRE, a company focused on real estate development across Europe. This collaboration will see $25 million worth of property tokenized on the LTO blockchain, starting with two confirmed developments. It’s a key step in bringing institutional-grade assets on-chain and reflects growing confidence in our infrastructure.
We also made history by executing the first-ever RWA airdrop on the LTO blockchain, a significant technical and ecosystem milestone. This initiative demonstrated how utility, compliance, and accessibility can be seamlessly combined in the tokenization space.
Beyond product and ecosystem growth, our team had a strong presence at leading Web3 and blockchain events. These engagements allowed us to share our vision, build new relationships, and gather critical market insights that will inform our roadmap moving forward.

In Q1 2025, our clients executed 4,172,695 operations on the LTO Network blockchain, reflecting continued adoption and trust in our infrastructure for secure and efficient data management.

AKRE Partnership
LTO Network partnered with AKRE to Tokenize $25M in Real Estate for the EQTY Platform.
AKRE, in partnership with a top-tier Spanish real estate developer, will lead the biggest residential project in one of the most desirable and least developed islands of Spain. Amongst the initial set of investors are important family offices and top firms in real estate financing.

Announcing the First-Ever Legally Backed RWA Airdrop!
We reached a major milestone by launching the first-ever legally backed Real-World Asset airdrop on the LTO Network blockchain.
As part of this historic event, 60 winners received fractional ownership of the iconic Michael Jordan Fleer “Rookie” basketball card, seamlessly tokenized and powered by the LTO Network blockchain. This achievement highlights the potential of blockchain technology in revolutionizing asset ownership and accessibility.

Making History at the RWA Paris Event!
At RWA Paris, we took a groundbreaking step in Real World Assets tokenization. Using our Ownables and Universal Wallet technology, we successfully tokenized a Michael Jordan Fleer "Rookie" basketball card collectible and gave 100+ attendees their first-ever tokenized RWA.
LTO Network CEO Rick Schmitz took the stage as a keynote speaker, leading the charge in showcasing our innovative solutions to a high-profile audience.

EQTY Update
- We granted select community members an exclusive preview of EQTY. A formal announcement, including further details, will be shared with the community before the end of the month.
Ownables Development
- We developed the “Swap API,” enabling RWA swaps (e.g., the Michael Jordan RWA Ownable).
- We created the Ownables template for RWA Ownables and added embedded contracts.
- We are gearing up for the relaunch of the Ownables SDK; stay tuned for updates!
Universal Wallet Enhancements
- The team introduced the redeem functionality, allowing direct LTO conversion for Ownables without requiring open-market sales and enhancing privacy layer protection.
- We implemented QR codes for wallet addresses and transfers, simplifying transactions and eliminating manual address copying.
- We redesigned the seed phrase entry UI for improved security and usability.
- Our team integrated the RWA contract display directly within the Universal wallet for seamless usability and clear differentiation of RWA Ownables.
- We integrated enhanced downtime handling and added user feedback at each step for a smoother experience.
- We added bulk Ownables import functionality for greater efficiency.
Goland Progress
- Goland is currently undergoing testing with our partner countries in Africa. We will provide further details on the rollout phases as development progresses.
Proofi Integration
- Proofi is now being integrated into the Universal Wallet.
